Lagos Kitchen Refund and Return Policy

At Lagos Kitchen, we strive to provide exceptional food and service. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Refund Policy

– Reservations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $20 fee.
– Takeout and Delivery Orders: Refunds will be issued for incorrect or missing orders. Please notify us within 30 minutes of pickup or delivery.
– Dine-in Orders: Refunds or replacements will be offered for incorrect or unsatisfactory dishes. Please notify your server promptly.

Return Policy

– Takeout and Delivery Orders: If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us within 30 minutes. We’ll provide a refund or replacement.
– Dine-in Orders: If you’re not satisfied with your meal, please notify your server promptly. We’ll offer a refund or replacement.

Refund Process

– Refunds will be issued in the original payment method
– Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process

Exceptions

– Refunds will not be issued for:
– Food consumed or partially consumed
– Special requests or modifications
– Allergies or dietary restrictions not communicated before ordering

Returned Food

– Returned food must be in its original container and unused
– Refunds will not be issued for returned food that’s been tampered with or consumed
